I have been trying to call out to the township office all morning and am not getting an answer? I looked at their calendar of holidays and I guess they have forgotten Lincoln's Birthday IN ADDITION TO President's Day. Because it is not listed as an approved holiday. And the list is quite lengthy, fifteen paid holidays.
