The west side of Niedringhaus could have used some salt and brine. I was traveling thru ~ 11 pm last night, had an adventure in trying to stop at the crosswalk for the American Steel employees. Nobody got hurt, Thank God, but it WAS a skating rink all the way to Route 3. Where Were You, Street Department?
