As a matter of fact most of them are good people. It is the profession they've chosen, it's something to be passionate about. So give them the respect they deserve. How can you say that "most" are good people when much of their job is immoral? We don't view the Nazi SS as good people, they were just passionate about their job. We don't view Politsiya as good people, even though it's the profession they have chosen. Why? Because the actions they take/took are viewed as immoral, and people engaging violent immoral activity are not view as good people. Have we gotten to the point that police are shooting jews on sight, not yet. But we have gotten to the point were police are taking all sorts of other grotesquely violent actions against people who have hurt no one. Peoples houses get broken into as if the police were expecting Osama Bin Laden, over things a trivial as having a vegetable garden in their front yard. For hells sake, the Peoria police recently did a swat raid on the home of man who hadn't even been accused of any legal wrong doing. They have yet to return the property they stole. People who belong to organizations that routinely engage in wonton violence against peaceful people, cannot be considered innocent because they were just following orders. - The Nuremberg Trials
