My guess is it depends on your definition of what you consider the "up & up" to be. I read that above document and then read it again and I see no where on this document where it claims 29, 30 or 31 hour work weeks are considered full time. I have never heard of this in any job situation. I want a part time job only working 29 hours a week and for my employer to class that work week as full time so I am eligible for health insurance for my entire family and where I only have to pay 25% of the cost. Does that also mean that those employees that work say, 30 hours or more a week get paid over time pay for any hours they work in a week over 29? Please, please tell me the township is hiring! In the above document on Section 5 Does this mean that part time employees that had already been receiving these health benefits, well before any resolution and meetings are now given a pardon and will be looked at as full time employees and not have to repay the township for past benefits received and premiums covered by the tax payers? How and when was it decided how many hours worked in a week, determines a full time employee, since this was not mentioned in the above resolution? Just out of curiosity, how many hours did it take to be considered a full time employee, before this resolution and meeting?
