    It's been common knowledge that Lance Callis owns the old Guardian Savings Bank for almost two years. If not longer.

    And I agree about the old funeral homes, the facades, at the very least need to be updated.

    Pieper's needs a complete overhaul, the grounds alone are a horrendous eye sore. That place was built in 1903 and it's more than showing it's age.

    Slum lords in general need a big freaking wake up call.

    The city needs to unemploy our Economic Developer and employ a paralegal for about a third of his salary.

    Use the surplus funds from the lower salary to have this paralegal do nothing but file and pursue legal actions against the slum landlords.
