Called the Illinois Dream Act, the law creates a nine-member commission to establish scholarships for immigrant children with private donations, not taxpayer money. Quinn was quick to personally pledge $1,000 to the fund.
Apparently it does use tax payer money. Now THAT I can understand people being upset about.
However, again, I don't understand how they are getting into schools or college to begin with, if they are undocumented. How is it that the paper work is being skipped??
