As you can see, sometimes, Attorney Generals and Governors don't get it right.
Sometimes they don't even want to hear the truth, and will limit the amount of investigative work...all because they think they have their man.
Well, the cost of this arrogance is someone Else's life, and an innocent life at that.
It was a 1991 incident that resulted in a 2004 execution.
Up to 2004, proper investigation could have saved someone's life.

The article states: "Arson experts hired by the commission determined the evidence used to gain Willingham's conviction does not meet scientific standards and that the fire was most likely accidental."
