The one on Hwy 111 is Family Pool Center which they took over from the Dad last year and changed the name but I was assured when I bought my pool that they were still Perigen Pool and that the Dad was still involved with the business. He wanted to retire and was letting the kids run the business for him. I didn't want to buy a pool from a place and them to go out of business the next year so that is why I questioned it last year before I bought the pool. When they burned down I was worried that my pool was not going to be fixed in the spring as agreeded upon. Since both places opened I did a little research to see who was responsible for fixing my pool and that is how I found out that the son took the equipment and moved to 111 and that the dad had to use his money to rebuilt the 162 place. That is the reason the lawsuit came about. So I am not buying from the same place even though everyone thinks they are the same. I am also having to butt heads with Ed Jr to get the money for the water bill that they agreeded to pay because the pool had to be drained to fix it from last year. Oh by the way about half way through the filling of the pool the liner fell so since no one from Family Pool bothered to check on it it had to be drained and refilled, thus causing me to have to pay to have my pool filled one and a half times. When they started filling it the second time I have seen no one from there to make sure that it filled up like it was suppose to not to mentioned the huge wrinkle I have in one end of the pool where the liner is actually got a flap in it. Very professional job they did. You are right there are two sides to every story but now you know at least part of my side of the story.
