Casey is free. It will be very interesting how she can now make it in the world.
Life is not fair and because the justice system is human, there will sometimes be error.
I have to trust a verdict and trust there was reasonable doubt somewhere. If I don't trust in that system to be just, and want to see a person who was found innocent to hang....then that wouldn't bode well for when it's my turn to stand trial.
Thank goodness that's not a concern of mine. But if it were, and I pleaded innocent, I would all the same expect a fair trial.
We have to accept the verdict. I can't judge her a guilty person or want her blood to be shed in place of her kids if she was not found guilty. (Of course, I wouldn't believe in capital punishment anyway (on moral grounds) but we already went through that ad nauseum.)
Some people are just nuts! Some people are just as murderous in their hearts as they claim Casey Anthony is...especially if they have the energy to go out and taunt her.
Even if they did have strong feelings against her, they could have still gone about their daily lives minding their own business.
This whole thing is a media-created circus.. People are getting more brazen..more outspoken. That's scary when people do it without really knowing what they're doing and without having a good reason WHY they are doing it.
