    A few months back I took advantage of the 14 day free trial, and a lot of late nights during that time, was able to trace back my mothers lineage to 12th century Great Britain. And my fathers back to 16th century stateside, but nothing from overseas.

    I traced and double traced my mothers lineage because it has been said that one of my forefathers was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. The name is there, I just could not make the connection.

    Knowledge of your lineage at least 3 generations back before you start is essential to be able to cross reference all of the research material you can find online.

    My brother wants me to get back on it, and pay for the world subscription...gonna have to get on that one of these days soon. None of us are getting any younger..8)
