This is ALL so true. My sister has actually gone ALL gluten-free, all organic and NO white grain anything. She shops at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Even at those places, you still have to watch... However, she's down to 135lbs, an avid marathon runner and has next to NO psoriasis break outs. Her doctors are convinced it was all the processed foods and gluten that was causing her severe psoriasis. I am slowly but surely trying to follow in her footsteps... mind you, I have a long way to go.
