zumba and eating smaller(must fit in a bowl) meals 3 times a day with a small snack in between each meal has helped my stomach oh an a small meal before bed so your body don't wake you up hungry in middle of the night. I think losing the soda has helped me a lot now I am drinking half a can or less a day just so I don't get the caffeine with drawl headaches. I am so sore this morning from doing the stairs and walking so much plus walking this morning from my waist down is absolutely killing me. good luck you can do it.
