they are not stolen when he payed for them.. It helped out the other the whole troop by him buying them until late next week he is still considered a scout. Our troop will pretty will fold at the end of next year because it's made of older kids who are all crossing over there will only be 3 kids left behind. He didn't have a choice I took him out he would of stayed if I let him but I can't do it all. He is also selling candy bars for school too
