Has anyone else noticed or is it just me that the only big winners come from the Chicago area? Amazing with the size of Madison County and St. Clair County, there aren't more winners downstate? Like the only people who buy regular or quick pick tickets are from the Chicago area?
What, the people South of I-80 don't know how to pick their numbers? Is it just mere coincidence?
