Mike is for supporting our police protection. These contractual mandates have to be supported. It was Jack's friend, the mayor, who has missed out on other Village revenue, making those levies necessary in the first place. So much for Jack's handshake agreement to a clean campaign, he and his guys are just incapable of it--does he really think slamming Mike takes away from the fact that he has nothing to offer except his arrogant attitude? We've been there, it hasn't been helpful. May the best man win, and it isn't Jack, imo. _________________________________________________
OK, in respect of Mike's wishes for a clean campaign, I have refrained from posting here on GCGossip about the upcoming mayoral election in Pontoon Beach. If I can't say anything nice, I just won't say anything at all. But, did Jack Rogers come to your door and shake YOUR hand??
