I mean new businesses will not have it perfect the first time.
They have to impress at the grand opening, but yet, they will not always get it right.
They need time for trial and error. I just want to see all locally owned people make it and see them do well. They took a potential eyesore and revived it and for that I am grateful.
I miss Starbucks - because there is now no real coffee place - and I think if soemone did a bakery where GOOD coffee (good coffee is important) and pastries could be had - I think people would support it. I wish O and O would consider it.
But anyway, I know that in poeples' worlds they get dissatisfied for different reasons. I am just suggesting some big picture thinking. PEople won't always get it right on the first weekend of business. Even if 90% love it, the 10% will still be squaking about their bad experience.
Like I say, I usually give a place a few weeks and mosey in when some of the trial and error things have worked out.
