I went to the park today. I had to drive fairly close to a van that was parked in the NO-PARKING turnaround at the end of 29th St. near Niedringhaus School. When I was next to the van, the driver threw a wad of trash out the window. I then learned he is a park employee. Shame on you, Mr. Don, in the turquoise van. What an example you are setting for others AND contributing to the trash in our park.
