I'm more of a night owl. My little one usually goes down at 10 or 11 and sleeps until about 9 AM (sometimes uninterrupted). Kudos to you, Fire! I'm planning on staying home for the first year (at least that's what is budgeted) but my hope is that we can live frugally enough that I can extend it a little bit more. My thought though is that with the cost of childcare and the cost of commuting (at least a tank of gas a week) plus extra laundry costs and other costs (using less water, washing/wearing my clothing less often) it wouldn't take much savings each week to completely offset the COST of me working and end up breaking even.
