If it's in the road, and you live in a private neighborhood where thats not allowed, thats fine.
So far As I am concerned, If I can park my car on the street in front of my house, so should my neighbor be allowed to, weather he uses it or not (I might not use it for a week, and I kinda miss the big angry cat, looking at headlights as I come around the corner.)
The one with the planter and cat wasn't a very pretty car, but I really didn't care, it was not mine, it didn't bother me really. If it Can be moved for a snow, please do, One car was in very good shape, good curb appeal for it's age (hell maybe i should ask if I can buy it), I actually think putting that car on street made the neighborhood look more inviting. I hope my current car looks that good sitting next to curb 15 years from now.
