    Well said luvgc. At first I had some sympathy for this guy and his pool hall. However, since he hasn't gotten his way, all he wants to do is point out any negatives. Well I for one am tired of it. If he does have 800 signatures, seems to me he could get several hundred customers and should be making money. If he's not making money after eleven years, he's doing something wrong.

    Billiards, everyone is entitled to an opinion but yours waivered when you didn't get what you want. The new theater appears to be working. My wife went there last night with a couple of friends and enjoyed the movie and the theater.

    As for the YMCA, buy it and make it a pool hall. I bet you might even get a liquor license. Oh and if you're looking to sell your building, you might want to stop talking about what's not going to work downtown. You should be promoting downtown if you really want to sell.

    Stop whining or open a cheese shop.
