I'm trying to find someone who drives a red Ranger truck that might have been collecting toys this morning in Granite City. My mother in law witnessed a toy falling from the bed of the truck and she tried to get the attention of the person driving the truck but failed. She thinks he might have been collecting toys from donation sites since it appeared to be hauling many of the same toys. She did stop and pick the toy up and if it's for a donation she'd sure like to get it to it's intended recipient.
