I was just driving South on route 3, When suddenly 4 cars were coming at me head on.
I thought I was loosing what little mind I have left. As I got to 270, I saw cars exiting 270 on the entrance ramp at route 3. Then turning left into Southbound Route 3. thereby coming head on into Southbound Route 3.
I used my cell phone to call 911. The dispatcher tried to put me through to someone who did not answer the phone. After 5 minutes, she comes back on line and says "that is out of my jurisdiction. You need to call Granite City."
I did not have Granite's number and had to wait until I got home.
Granite sent someone out there. I hope no one was hit head on.
I think some drivers must be completely crazy to by exiting an oncoming ramp because of a major traffic jam on 270.
