40 years ago, the same thing could have happened.
It's no more right today than it was then.
Granite City wasn't always a nice safe place in the 80's or 90's either.
Yes, people would pick on people with special needs even back then.
It's disturbing -- it's a lot of things, but it happens...and I really hope it is dealt with.
It's too bad when the moral compass isn't set at home - or some kids are always taught 'keep your head down and mouth shut and don't stand out'.
They really don't train all Granite City kids to be Warriors......when they really could stand as a Warrior for something.
But don't worry it's not limited to Granite City either....
