However, I would love to see the data that backs up the statement, "you're more likely to be the victim.....".
I know there have been numerous mass murders in this country by American citizens. I know that when this happens the left always say things like, "it's the guns" or "these people slipped through our mental health care system".
So here's the question. If those two excuses work when some nutjob opens fire in a school, why is it so bad to slam on the brakes of a system that clearly does not properly examine these incoming refugees?
Think about it. The two animals who killed kids at Columbine were in schools for at least ten years. They had stored weapons in their homes, learned how to build bombs right under their parent's noses and were never challenged until they opened fire.
Is it such a stretch to think a person who has been filled with hate for Americans should be fully examined and detained from coming here?
September 11, 2001. Terrorist who obtained visas, took flight lessons here and then slaughtered innocent people.
Fort Hood: A man who had infiltrated our military and gained access to a base where he killed people.
San Bernadino: Neighbors were afraid to say anything about the two muslims who murdered people at a Christmas party.
I'll never understand liberal thinking. I hope that this judge in Washington who single handedly shut down the Presidential order doesn't end up with the blood of Americans on his hands. I hope in his yearnings to be popular with the left that he doesn't allow enough time for another group of haters to infiltrate our borders. If he does, I hope he is one of the victims.
There was a day when protecting America was the first duty of the government. It seems like now, our duty is to grow new voters.
The response is not criticism of your statement, but I would love to hear the counter points.
