I feel one of the most important ways to get new members, is to treat the retired membership well. They say there is wisdom with the ages, and I feel young people come to those that have gone before them. I have had several young men come and ask if it would be worthwhile to stay with the Teamsters until retirement. I have had good things to say, I have been treated well.
Dropping our prescription plan for a goverment sponsered plan, I feel is a mistake. When has the government done better than our union.
