I am assuming that while you were employed, the Local of which you were
a member was a participant of a pension fund and payments for
retirement benefits were made on your behalf.
Have you advised your local Social Security Administration office of this situation?
From them,you should be able to receive employment records which detail places
of employment, dates and earnings.
