Hi Francis,
You say you left the Cococola Co. two years ago and was a member of local 812. I presume that is in New York City. You didn't mentioned how long you were a member of Local 812 or your age. That is important. I think you have to be a Member for at least 10 years to be Vested for your Pension or is it 5 years, not sure. If you had an Annuity while yu worked for Coke under your Union Contract you should be able to get that Money. However, don't just take your Annuity if you are less than 59 1/2 years old or you may be hit with as much as a 20% Penalty. Have your Anniuty rolled over by a Financial Adviser from a Bank or an Investment Company. You may save yourself a lot of Heartach!
