Hello Mr. Arilotta, I regret that it has taken so long for me to reply, I had just about give up all hope that anyone cared. Thank you for taking your time up for me. Raymond Clifford LaPree was my husband and a member of the Teamsters Local 118. Was killed in a trucking accident and I never was approched or informed by a union representative of Local 118. This was in Bakersfield, CA. I have tried everything. I heard from a Ms. Delores Eversole but she never returned my message. I realise its been years but he still left myself and two daughters. I know that your decision will be fair and just.

I have a death certificate, and other papers that I have kept. Union paper where he joined. And a California Highway accident report. A birth certificate, marriage license, and Social Security card to prove who he was and my connection to him.
