Hello Gary,
Each pension fund may have different rules pertaining to employment of retirees.
I am in the Upstate Pension Fund & if a retiree finds a job,
he/she must first write to the Fund giving the name of the company & they in turn
will reply as to whether or not you may work there.
Get in touch with the pension fund of which you were a participant.
