I just happened to go through these old messages today.

It was a 2 to 1 vote in favor of the retired Teamster being able to get his years prior to a break in service included in his pension credits. The dissenting Judge was Samuel A. Alito, now a member of the Supreme Court. George Bush appointed this anti-worker Judge to the Supreme Court, so every worker, watch out!
