i worked for interstate motor freight system nearly 15 yrs. till they closed. a change of operations moved me from local 560 pension fund in 1974 to central pa.(reading). 1981 change of ops moved me to memphis, tn, central states. the last 15 years i was with ryder ranger under full union benefit plan that paid in maximum contribution level, as this was a division of the old ryder truck lines.now with 28 yrs. employer contributions and work the participating funds are offering me $1,518 per month. 560 and central pa. will not recognize the reciprocal agreements in the changes of operations. there were 100's of teamster moved in 1974 to the white deer, pa facility from other funds that no doubt are suffering the same problem as myself. i can be reached at truckingsafely@bellsoth.net or 901.388.6102. gino any thoughts regarding these change ops reciprocal agreements. i drove up to the international offices in wash. d.c to elicit help. they could not help me. i did discover that many teamsters have been severely hurt by these northeastern pension funds regarding these old change of op. is there any recent changes that could help the teamsters that are being betrayed by these funds regarding change of ops?
