You might not be eligible for any Teamster pension. Back in the bad old days, many Teamster pension plans had 10 year vesting requirements, meaning that less than 10 years of contributions to a Plan = zero benefits.
You did not say what Local you were a member of, although in recent decades, many Locals have been merged into other Teamster Locals anyway. I think the first thing to do is to call Teamsters Joint Council 39 which seems to cover most or all of Wisconsin, and ask them who to call to find out if you are eligible to get some retirement benefits. I can not find their phone number on the internet. They don't have a website. But their address is the same as Teamsters Local 344, so they must know the phone number, or the same office employees do work for both Local 344 and Joint Council 39. The number for Local 344 is 414-258-4545.
