my husband is getting to retire after 33 years working as truck driver in illinois.now they say he should of retired two years ago.they say he has maxed out on his pension and they have for two years taken away 20.00 a month or 240.00 off his pension.i dont belive him.i thought companiescouldnt touch your pension and i never knew there was a quote you made and that is it.is this true
