I agree,but unfortionetly,the local I'm in (lake county Illinois #301) got a new president 4 years ago and he took away the yearly raise from anyone retireing after 1-1-03,no one was notified that this was going to happen at that time,except the office personal,and suposededly 5 of them retired just before this took place,I would have retired a few months earlier if i had known or anyone else would have known like the 301 office personal knew with prior knowledge. I wonder if that was eithacal,or even legal ?
