I am in Panama Central America and trying to resolve the issue of my father in law passing away. Who/ how/ where would I contact someone of authority to find out if his widow has any benefits due. He worked in Chicago if that matters. I to am former local 460 in N.J. Adley trucking and then Yellow Frieght 35 years ago! Please help
