Our 3 year old daughter Morgan began telling us of her friend Kellen in September, 2003. I would ask her about him, what he looked like, if he was nice, stuff like that, always being careful not to scare her or make her feel that something about this situation was not right. A lot of the time she would tell us that he was angry and that he was a red monster, although sometimes he was happy. I figured that it was just and active imagination and would say hello to Kellen and play along with her. During this period of what lated about 8-10 months, she would come into our bed at least 4 nights per week in the middle of the night and stay until morning. All of a suddon, everything just stopped. Last week while in a conversation at work, my husband was informed that "Kellen" (a name neither of us have ever heard before) is an actual name. Over the weekend he asked our daughter if she remembered Kellen. She gave him more information in one conversation than she was willing to in the months prior. She told my husband that Kellen was in her room, he was angry because he was sick. Another time in her room he was angry again because he was sick and this time he was all wet. Then she asked him "remember Dad when he came in my room to say goodbye to me? He was happy because he was going to see him Mom." I truely believe that my daughter was visited by someone or something and would love to research this further, but I am not sure how. Anyone who can tell me the best way to do so, I would very much appriciate it.
Thanks, Amy
