What exactly are you basing your response on? We don't know what the picture/painting is, what kind of paints have been used, how old it is, where its been hung or stored( heat and air and moisture all affect artwork)...there are so many possible explainations for the occurance and what could be happening that to cry demonics is nothing more than a fear driven response imo..Diane
