See the eBay link below. Look at the rear of the speedometer. You'll see the little (rusty) metal clips on the OD of the black plastic lamp holders.

I don't know of anyone who sells the clips. You will have to improvise, buy a used speedometer to get the parts, or search thoroughly for the ones that used to be on your car.
