I have not seen motor conversions done on a Triumph but I have seen them done with Minis. Mini Mania has a kit aimed specifically at that conversion (link below).

Mini Mania Conversion
However, with the Mini Mania kit the conversion also addresses going from a single speed wiper without park to a 2-speed wiper with park. There are wiring changes. If you do this conversion on a GT6 or Spitfire you would still have wiring changes. I remember seeing some Dan Masters posts regarding wiper motors where he discussed that the early wiper motors get their ground connection through the switch while later cars use the switch to connect the power to different windings.
So... the Mini Mani kit may get you motor mount, motor, and hardware but you would likely have to swap drive gears to meet what your Triumph needs and you may have to run some new wires to get the 2-speed control working.

: Thanks for the reply.
: I completely disassembled that motor
: and cleaned and degreased everything
: including the wheel boxes and tube with
: rack. It has been a few years now but I
: used a very thin synthetic grease
: called superlube so I don't think gunky
: grease is an issue. I'm wondering if a
: round motor can be swapped in place of
: the square???
