I LOVE it when a vendor goes the extra mile. It just makes you want to do business with them!
In a previous job I got a call from a customer who had some of our equipment from... 1910. They wanted a couple of schematic drawings. I found them, made sepias and mailed them to the customer but I told him before hand that it was EXTREMELY unlikely that the equipment had the original wiring. He was grateful anyway. It's good to help customers.
