Thanks for the offer Jim. I live in Lebanon,IN just north of Indianapolis and if I were closer and after a lot of effort not able to get the parts I needed I would come and get it. I think I have rebuilt the trans to almost as new but what an ordeal. If you have the room save your trans because they will become very hard to find. Question for all the bearing between the mainshaft and the input shaft at various times during manufacture was bronze like a pilot bearing in the flywheel or open cage roller. I don't think a closed cage roller will fit my trans. Which is the best way to go. Triumph changed from one to other to save money or to use a better bearing?
