For camber, on a street car 0 degrees works well, gives good wear (ISTR factory is 1 deg pos)
For more front grip, 1-2 deg negative, but unless you have the rear working really well, that might be too tail happy (oversteer).
None of the settings are really critical. Use a water level (clear tubing with colored water) and some flat shims under each tire to build 4 level pads to align it. Plywood scraps about 12"x12" work OK, 1/8", 1/4" thick, tacked or glued together. Use chalk or paint to mark the floor where the tires sit, then roll the car back and build the pads. Mark each pad with the position (RF, LF, RR, LR), and then you can store them out of the way.
