Thanks Josh. Please indulge us with your installation method. Did you simply press the bearings in, or something else? Initially I tried to "taper/bevel" the bushing edges and apply a "C-5" lubricant with a C-clamp and various sockets. No luck. I've been thinking of putting them in the freezer and then pressing them in, but you know how the wife would through a fit finding car-parts in the Fridge/Freeze...
