Hi Scott.
Thanks for your response. Yes your exactly right about the head and giving less clearance than normal. I've had to make lots of adjustments to get everything to fit under the hood without denting it and I'm just thinking that with an alloy valve cover there will also be interference problems. I currently have a nice chrome cover that fits fine (barely) so I don't really want to spend a bunch of cash on a cover that wont fit..
