Like the song says,ain't nothing like the real thing baby!. My first ride was a '55' drop-head Jag. It was a race to see what would run out first, the oil or the gas. The hood was twice as long as the TR3s and the car actually sounded like a live Jaguar. And you're right ,no model ever came close.
