Final Chapter
Revenge of the Drive Train

I followed evryone's recommendations. I checked for broken bolts, pried at the rotoflexs to look for breaks, and drained the oil and looked for shrapnel. Nothing! I gave up for a while and then decided to run the car on jack stands and see if anything looked suspicious. The driveshaft was running out .130" at the back end. I pulled the drive shaft (second time in two days) and found the rear u-joint was locked-up. Doh! I exercised it the day before. Where were my eyes? Thank you for all the help. Those who chose u-joints were right.
My GT6 has 272,722 miles and just keeps going and going.
