Sorry I misread your question. I have read that the 6cyl Jaguar distributor fits.

1958-74 L6/LH Jaguar (w/o fuel inj.) XJ6, XKE, 2.4 and 3.4 Sedan, MK II, VIII, IX and X, 420 and 420G, XK150S - No Gear
Unilite = 4567801
Unilite VACUUM advance = 4767801
