I just put on some Sumitomo HTR 200's (175/60/13 as I recall - I'm away from home right now), which are available on tire rack for liek $35/each. Haven't driven on them yet (car is not quite done, but have heard good things about them on various LBC forums as a decent all-weather, decent-performing tire. Plus it's available in the size you need for the 13x5s (same wheels I have)
