Was just cleaning mine off with a wire brush and a 1" section of the outer lip of the pulley just broke right off. Apparently it was held on there by paint or something 
My luck it seems nobody sells them new, so does anyone have a line on a used one, or have a spare they'd be willing to part with?
Also emailed a few places that don't have their parts listed online so maybe someone will have it.
