Josh this topic comes up frequently.
The criteria are overall length, diameter, spline diameter, unthreaded shank length, & underhead design.
The unthreaded shank length will be determined by the wheels you are using but it must extend past the face of the flange.
The head can be modified but X 16 can be some $$ time on the lathe.
If Steve D can make up a set, that would be $$ well spent.
